Zumba Gold is for Active older adults and friends, adults who want to an introduction to Zumba, and/or adults returning to Zumba or exercise, who are looking for a lower-intensity Zumba Class. Design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination with all the Zumba rhythms and music.
